Security
All online credit and debit card transactions with Swingmatic Worldwide Ltd take place automatically over a secure server with information encrypted using state of the art SSL to ensure that your card details can not be seen by any third party. The security of the system used on Swingmatic.co.uk has been checked and verified by Worldpay to ensure absolute confidentiality and against fraud.

Orders

An order is not accepted until your credit/charge/debit card is processed. Any e-mail, on-screen receipt or other acknowledgement of your order is merely to report that your request has been received and does not in any way denote acceptance of your order regardless of any wording on the e-mail or the receipt. Swingmatic Worldwide Ltd reserves the right, at any time prior to acceptance, to refuse any order or any part of an order, or to require further or better information to enable it to evaluate and/or process the order.
Without prejudice to the statutory rights afforded to consumers under English law, Swingmatic Worldwide Ltd accepts no liability for any failure to ship products where this results from its inability to do so or its decision on reasonable grounds not to do so, provided that it takes all reasonable steps to notify you within fourteen (14) days of order placement that products will not be shipped as ordered. In such cases, Swingmatic Worldwide Ltd will not process any payment..

Privacy

We are committed to protecting your privacy. We will only use the information that we collect about you lawfully (in accordance with the Data Protection Act 1998). We collect information about you for two reasons: firstly, to process your order and second, to provide you with the best possible service.
If we send you an e-mail in the future, we will give you the chance to refuse any further marketing email from us or from another trader in the future.
The type of information we will collect about you includes: your name, address, phone number, e-mail address, your credit/debit card details (if you call us with it).
We will never collect sensitive information about you without your explicit consent. The information we hold will be accurate and up to date. You can check the information that we hold about you by emailing us. If you find any inaccuracies we will delete or correct it promptly.
The personal information which we hold will be held securely in accordance with our internal security policy.
If we intend to transfer your information outside the EEA (European Economic Area) we will always obtain your consent first.
We may use technology to track the patterns of behaviour of visitors to our site. This can include using a "cookie" which would be stored on your browser. You can usually modify your browser to prevent this happening. The information collected in this way can be used to identify you unless you modify your browser settings.

Warranty

Goods offered for sale by Swingmatic Worldwide Ltd are new as supplied by the manufacturer and carry the manufacturer's warranty.
Unused goods
In the event that you are not satisfied with any purchase from Swingmatic Worldwide Ltd,you may return unused goods within 28 days of receipt for a full refund. We regret that refunds cannot be made for goods that clearly have been subject to misuse or are damaged in any way. Return shipping costs can only be refunded where we have sent the wrong goods in error.

Faulty goods

All goods come with a 6 month guarantee backed by either the manufacturer or us. If an item is faulty or becomes faulty through normal use then the following action needs to be taken.
For purchases under 30 days old, we will exchange the item at our expense. Please contact our sales team on +44 01744 23363 or enquiries@swingmatic.co.uk to arrange an exchange.
For purchases over 30 days old and less than 6 months old. Please send back the item for our inspection to the below address. We will then repair or replace the item at our discretion. If we agree that the item is faulty, then we will also reimburse reasonable costs that were incurred when the item was returned.

Sending back a product

Send your unused or faulty product(s) to the address below. Please include a covering note with your name and address. Please explain the action you would like us to take. We recommend that you use a reputable courier (e.g. Business Post, Parcelforce) for larger items and Royal Mail Special Delivery for smaller items. We can accept no responsibility until a member of our staff has signed for receipt of the goods.
Please note: If you send a product back for an exchange, we will charge you for shipping the new product back to you.
